Over 100 people attended the first round of Green Line Open Houses held at three locations in Northeast Baltimore on June 8th, 9th and 10th.

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) initiated this series of outreach meetings to begin the planning of the Green Line Alternatives Analysis Study. Representatives from the Baltimore City Department of Transportation gave remarks at all three workshops. State Senator Verna Jones and representatives from Congressman Elijah Cummings' office also presented remarks.

Citizens viewed the study area and their questions were answered by project staff. Open House attendees also had the opportunity to participate in small group discussions.
